
Returns & Refund Policy

At Artemore Studio, every piece is either an original or a made-to-order artwork, handcrafted with precision and care. Due to the custom nature of our products, we maintain a specific policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds, as outlined below:
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are considered final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, customer error, or personal preference, for custom or made-to-order artworks or for art collection.
2. Damaged Items Upon Delivery
If your artwork arrives damaged, we will offer a refund only if the following conditions are met:

You notify us within one (1) day of receiving the package.

You provide clear and complete video evidence recorded during the unboxing process, showing the damage as the package is opened.

The item must be returned to Artemore Studio at the official return address within 14 days of receipt for further evaluation.

Items must be returned in their original condition and securely packaged using the original materials, including the protective tube if applicable. Please note that framed paintings are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
⚠️ Note: Videos recorded after the package has been opened are not accepted as valid evidence and will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 15 business days after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.
To ensure your return request is accepted, the following conditions must be met:

The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the artwork

The artwork must be in its original condition and packaged appropriately—preferably in the original packaging

The artwork must be carefully prepared for return shipment using the original packaging to qualify for a refund

For this reason, we strongly recommend that you unpack the artwork with care to preserve the packaging materials for potential returns
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider before the refund appears in your account.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations for custom orders are not accepted once:

The payment has been processed, and
-
The artwork creation process has started
By placing a custom order, you agree to these terms and understand that work begins after your approval and payment.
5. Exchanges
Due to the personalized and original nature of each artwork, we do not accept exchanges under any circumstances.
