Artemore Studio is an e-commerce platform specializing in the Sale of Original Artworks and the Creation of Custom Paintings tailored for Residential interiors, Offices, and Commercial spaces. Our online store is hosted on a secure digital platform, ensuring the seamless and reliable delivery of these products and services to our customers.

3. Eligibility to Use the Website

 

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have obtained the necessary consent to allow any minor dependents to access and use this website. 5.  Orders, Pricing & Payment

5.1.  All transactions conducted through our website are securely processed by third-party payment providers, ensuring the safety and confidentiality of your financial information. We accept payments via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

5.2.  All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.​

5.3.1. By purchasing artworks listed on the website (Art Collection), the customer enters into a binding agreement and agrees to pay the full price of the item, excluding any applicable taxes (such as sales tax or similar charges/taxes) relevant to the delivery location.  It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all additional applicable taxes based on the laws of the delivery location. Once the order is submitted, a confirmation receipt will be sent to acknowledge that the order has been successfully received.

5.3.2. For the creation of custom paintings, the total price—provided by Artemore Studio via email—includes the product price and any applicable customs clearance fees, but excludes all local taxes, such as sales tax and similar charges/taxes applicable at the delivery destination. The customer is responsible for reviewing the order details and must make full payment upon receiving formal confirmation from Artemore Studio. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all additional applicable taxes based on the laws of the delivery location.​

​5.3.3. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping, with no additional shipping charges applied to the customer.

5.4.  By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and shipping information to ensure the successful processing and delivery of your transaction.

6.  Artwork Ordering, Painting Process, and Client Involvement

​

6.1.  You may select a painting from the available Painting/Artworks Collection on the website or request/order the production of any style of painting, including reproductions or similar versions of previously sold artworks.

6.2. You are required to provide complete and accurate information to the Company when placing an order, and to respond to all questions necessary for processing the order and creating the painting. Additionally, after the order is confirmed and throughout the creation process, you must respond to any inquiries from the artists and/or the Company that may arise during the work.

6.3.  After the order details have been reviewed and confirmed with the customer, payment has been completed, and the Company has accepted the order, the client is not permitted to alter the painting’s content or cancel/reject the order.

6.4.  Clients can provide high-quality photos or video materials for custom paintings. The figures or elements in the provided materials must be clearly visible. Customers may also request adjustments such as repositioning subjects, changing colors or sizes, or combining elements from two or more photos into a one composition.​

6.5. To order a painting for commercial, office, or home interiors, please provide photos of the intended space (interior photos). This allows our designers and artists will provide recommendations on the most suitable painting style, color palette, dimensions, and more to ensure harmony with the environment.

6.6.  For abstract Painting orders, clients may specify preferred colors. Our professional artists will take these preferences into account during the creative process. You may also share photos of your interior space, and our team will provide recommendations on color schemes and styles that best enhance your space.

6.7.  We create reproductions inspired by the masterpieces of renowned artists. Please note: all reproductions are based on public domain historical artworks and are not exact replicas of modern copyrighted pieces.
6.8.  You can order handcrafted felt or tapestry pieces tailored to your preferences. You can share a reference image or video, or simply provide color preferences and size requirements. Our artists will design unique, handcrafted patterns inspired by your input and tailored to fit your interior space.

6.9.1.  When you place an order to create a painting, we will keep you informed throughout the process. Photo updates will be shared at three key stages: the beginning, the middle, and upon completion of the painting.

6.9.2.  Once the artwork is finished, a final image will be sent for your review. Clients have the right to provide feedback and instructions during the creation process. Minor adjustments that do not require significant changes to the completed work may be requested and will be taken into consideration.

6.9.3.  However, after the painting is completed, no further changes will be accepted, and partial or full repainting will not be permitted. Once the final version is approved, the painting will be shipped to the address provided by the client.

6.10.  When you place an order to create an artwork, the price is determined based on several factors: the size of the artwork, the medium used (oil, acrylic, wine, watercolor, etc.), the surface material (e.g., canvas, watercolor paper, etc.), as well as the number and complexity of the figures depicted. Once the client provides the necessary details, the Company will calculate and communicate the final price. The order is considered confirmed once the client approves the price via email and the payment has been successfully completed. Only after this confirmation will the creation of the painting begin.

6.11.  The production time for an Artwork varies depending on its size, chosen materials, complexity, and drying time. On average, this process takes between 1 to 4 weeks. Upon completion, the Company will notify the client and ship the painting to the address provided during registration and confirmed via email. The estimated delivery time is between 10 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.

6.12.  In the event of any unforeseen circumstances during the painting process, the client will be promptly notified.

6.13.  Each painting is created by professional artists using premium-quality materials, ensuring a superior final outcome. The Company is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of artistic execution and customer service, with the objective of achieving optimal client satisfaction.

7.  Shipping & Delivery and Artwork Processing Time

​

7.1. Artemore Studio ensures secure packaging and professional worldwide delivery at no additional cost, except for the following countries: Belarus, Russia, Lebanon, Yemen, Sudan, Syria, Somalia, and North Korea.

7.2. Customers can either purchase from our existing collection or place an order for a personalized painting, and we will ensure secure and reliable delivery to their doorstep.

Shipping Time: 10–15 business days.

​

Processing Time for Custom Painting Creation: 1–4 weeks, depending on factors such as size, medium, style, and complexity.

7.3. In the event of shipping delays beyond our control, we will notify you promptly; however, we shall not be held liable for any resulting delays.

7.4. We offer worldwide shipping at no additional cost. All artworks are securely packaged and delivered by professional couriers to ensure safe and reliable arrival.

8.  Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

​

8.1. Due to the customized nature of our artworks and orders, all sales are final and returns and refunds are only applicable if the artwork arrives damaged. In such cases, you must notify us within one (1) day of receiving the item and provide clear proof of the damage.

8.2. The following serves as proof of the damage: Please record a detailed video while opening the package. If any damage is clearly visible during the unboxing process, the package will be eligible for compensation after the product is returned to the company's official address (return shipping costs not covered by the company).

​Important: Videos taken after the package has been opened will not be accepted as valid evidence and will not qualify for compensation and refund.​

8.3. Please note that cancellations of made-to-order artworks are not permitted once payment has been received and the creation process has commenced.

9.  Intellectual Property

9.1. All images, artworks, designs, and other content featured on this website are the exclusive property of Artemore Studio or its affiliated artists.

9.2. Unauthorized copying, distribution, reproduction, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Artemore Studio.

All measurements and dimensions shown in images are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the artwork or the setting in which it is displayed. Artemore Studio cannot be held responsible for discrepancies resulting from such variations.
